We collect information only when you choose to provide it, through two forms on this site:
We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any method to collect this information without your input. If you accept cookies through the banner on this site, we also collect aggregate, anonymized usage data through Google Analytics (see Cookies and analytics below).
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your message. Newsletter signups are used only to send occasional updates about Implementer, no more often than we have something worth telling you. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. Google Analytics only loads after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Reject," no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. Your choice is remembered in your browser; to change it, clear your browser's site data for implementerintel.com and reload the page.

Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, they rely on their own standard contractual safeguards, which are publicly documented by each provider.
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to address your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, and no longer than necessary. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you ask to be removed, at any time, by emailing info@implementerintel.com. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@implementerintel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as the site and product develop. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
